A: Our MOQ is 200 pieces. For orders under 200 pieces, please check with us - we will see what is the best we can offer.

Q: How to get a quote from you?

A: Click our Website "contact" then click "contact supplier" and tell us what quantity, size, material, surface you want. We usually reply in 1-3 hours on working days, in 5-10 hours on weekend.

Q: Do you offer templates to do designing work? What kind of formats you accept?

A: Yes, we do offer templates to do designing work. We accept JPG, AI, PDF, CDR files to print.

Q: What is your payment terms?

A: L/C & Western Union, PayPal or TT 30% deposit in advance, pay off before shipment.

Q: Can we get sample?

A: Yes, we provide free sample, but the shipping fee is at your cost.

Q: How many days will samples be finished? And how about the mass production?

A: Sample lead time: usually need 7 days. Mass production lead time usually need 20 days. If you have an urgent order, we can deliver in about 10 days.
